Kaxon

Kaxon is a game for two players.

It is played on a square dotty grid.

Players take it in turns to cross out any number of dots in a horizontal or vertical line, or in a line at 45 degrees, or a single dot. A line of dots must not cross any lines of dots that have already been removed from play.

The player to cross out the last dot or dots is the winner.

Use the interactive below to play against a friend.

Does it matter if you go first or second?

Can you find a strategy so that you always win the game?
